Return Settings Instructions:
Products must be returned in the original box/packaging including a bill which we sent.
This is considered a courtesy for our wonderful customers. Once the Fulfillment center / Our Company has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 7 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
You may contact us within 4 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.

- You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
